As I mentioned I was part of both BIP 1 and 2, and I found BIP 2 to be much more "hands-on" and took me to that next step where I was able to actually develop my VirtualPhoneSystemReviews.com site step by step during the course of BIP 2, and now continue to add to it afterward. I just went live with "user reviews" for each provider yesterday. Now keep in mind that prior to BIP, I had never developed a website before! Just as a side note.
